Upgrading to TCW.2026.R13 will begin tentatively at 23:30 Eastern Time, on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Estimated completion time is approximately 05:30 Eastern Time, Friday, June 26, 2026.

During this time, The Connected World Platform will remain unavailable. Full functionality and performance will be restored following the completion of the upgrade.

We would like to inform you of a scheduled system maintenance that will take place on July 4, 2026. The maintenance window is outlined below:

Maintenance Schedule:


Start: 00:00 EDT (Midnight), Saturday, July 4, 2026


End: 00:00 EDT (Midnight), Sunday, July 5, 2026


Duration: 24 Hours



What is Changing?



This work is focused on further strengthening the platform’s foundation to support continued growth, improve consistency across services, and enhance support for global customer data and integrations.

Benefits of this upgrade include:



  • Improved handling of international addresses, languages, and location data

  • Greater consistency across platform services and APIs

  • Enhanced reliability for data processing and system integrations

  • Reduced risk of data compatibility issues across connected systems

  • A stronger foundation for future platform capabilities and scalability


While much of this work occurs behind the scenes, it represents an important step in the continued modernization of the Connectbase platform.

Service Impact:


During the maintenance window, The Connected World platform and all Developer Portal APIs will be unavailable.

This includes:



  • User access to The Connected World platform

  • Customer imports and exports

  • API services and integrations

  • Automated processes and background jobs


Requests submitted immediately prior to the maintenance window may not complete successfully. We recommend allowing sufficient time for any large imports, exports, quote requests, or other long-running activities to complete before maintenance begins.

Required Customer Action


Please plan accordingly and avoid scheduling critical platform-dependent activities during the maintenance window. No additional action is required. All existing customer data will be preserved and available once maintenance has been completed.



After the Maintenance


A follow-up notification will be issued once services have been fully restored.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

RCA:

Reported Issue: Users of the TCW Partner Portal experienced an issue where map-based features were unavailable, preventing maps from displaying and limiting interaction with location-dependent functionality.

Duration: June 12, 2026, from 20:30 UTC to 20:46 UTC (16 minutes).

Cause: A deployment introduced a configuration issue that prevented the portal from successfully accessing the credentials required to load map services.

Solution: The affected deployment was reverted, restoring access to the required map service credentials and returning map functionality to normal operation. We reviewed our deployment and release validation processes to ensure dependent changes are implemented and verified together.

Monitoring - The issue affecting the TCW Map in the Partner Portal has been resolved, and full service has been restored. Users can now successfully access and utilize the map functionality as expected.

Our Engineering team has identified the cause of the issue and implemented a fix to restore service. The team will continue to review the incident and implement additional improvements to further enhance platform stability and resiliency.
