What is Changing?
This work is focused on further strengthening the platform’s foundation to support continued growth, improve consistency across services, and enhance support for global customer data and integrations.
Benefits of this upgrade include:
- Improved handling of international addresses, languages, and location data
- Greater consistency across platform services and APIs
- Enhanced reliability for data processing and system integrations
- Reduced risk of data compatibility issues across connected systems
- A stronger foundation for future platform capabilities and scalability
While much of this work occurs behind the scenes, it represents an important step in the continued modernization of the Connectbase platform.
Service Impact:
During the maintenance window, The Connected World platform and all Developer Portal APIs will be unavailable.
This includes:
- User access to The Connected World platform
- Customer imports and exports
- API services and integrations
- Automated processes and background jobs
Requests submitted immediately prior to the maintenance window may not complete successfully. We recommend allowing sufficient time for any large imports, exports, quote requests, or other long-running activities to complete before maintenance begins.
Required Customer Action
Please plan accordingly and avoid scheduling critical platform-dependent activities during the maintenance window. No additional action is required. All existing customer data will be preserved and available once maintenance has been completed.
After the Maintenance
A follow-up notification will be issued once services have been fully restored.
