We will be performing an upgrade to The Connected World Platform to version TCW.2025.R18.

Upgrading to TCW.2025.R18 will begin tentatively at 23:30 Eastern Time, on Thursday, September 04, 2025. Estimated completion time is approximately 06:30 Eastern Time, Friday, September 05, 2025.

During this time frame, The Connected World Platform will remain unavailable. Full functionality and performance will be restored following the completion of the upgrade.
