Service Notification: Network Intelligence V6 API
We recently observed elevated error rates on the Network Intelligence V6 API which impacted a subset of users and services. Monitoring alerted us to recurring 5XX responses, and our engineering team traced the root cause to a local cache condition that disrupted response stability. A manual service restart resolved the issue, and normal functionality has since been restored.
While the immediate issue has been addressed, we are implementing a long-term fix to ensure this does not recur.
